" I mean it, this wrist holder has lasted me 5 years so far, and still holds up. Unlike those foam wrist helpers, this one doesn't eventually sink down and become distorted. I would recommend this to anyone! "

" I have bought this product in the past (two actually, one for each office I worked at). In the past these lasted years and did exactly what I expected it to...support my wrists. Now that I have started a new job, I had them order me a new wrist support and to my disappointment, the gel is already starting to collapse! I have literally only owned this wrist support for 4 weeks and it looks like I've owed it for years! I don't know what happened to the quality of this product, but I hope that Fellowes not only replaces the one I have, but also fixes the issue for the future. "

Cons: bad smell, stinks, stink does not fade
" It stinks. Like mildew or mold. Have had it for 3 weeks and the smell is not fading. What in the world did you do to make the smell so bad? Couldn't you fill it with Lavender scented gel instead of mold spores? "

" I have had this product for ONE month....it split open on a seam and the very STICKY gel leaked out and got all over everything on my desk before I realized what happened. For the price, I would have thought it would last a lot longer and have better durability. "
