" Dear Fellowes, To stop this product bubbling up under the mat area, PLEASE consider gluing them down onto a moulded hard plastic base like you do with the Graphite 91741. These then would be perfect. (Too many people mention the 'bubbling issue'). "

" I have had fellows mousepads in the past that lasted a long time. I purchased this purple one and at first was very pleased with it. Within months the gel is leaking from the corner. I should have contacted Fellows then but figured I could try to use it since it wasn't so bad. Now the gel is leaking everywhere and the top layer that holds the gel is coming off. Terrible product! "

" We have used this product for yrs and have always been satisifed. But recently we have had problems with the mousepad curling on the edges. It becomes unusable. We have tried to glue it down but it doesn't stay. Office Depot was kind enough to replace 1 pad in June and you replaced the other. Now 6 wks later I find myself calling again for the same problem. Your CSR's on each occasion stated they have never received complaints on this product so I am writing this review to make you aware of the problem. I also sent several reviews to Kelly in June from Office Depot website showing other people have had issues as far back as 2009 so this is not a new problem. Fellowes really needs to correct the problem so those of us who love the product are able to purchase it again. Thank you for your time. "
