We will need the following details from you:
1. Type of Fellowes product and model number.
2. Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
3. A photograph of the serial number (this can be found on the white barcode label located just under the barcode 'sticks', and consists of 6 numbers, 2 letters and a further 7 numbers). It will look something like the image on the right.
4. Your name, email address, telephone number, and the address at which the product is located.
5. Details of the issue, and a little detail of anything you have done to try and resolve things.
