Fellowes warrants to the original purchaser that the products described in its price lists, sold after May 1, 2024, will be free from defects in materials and workmanship commencing with the date of initial purchase and continuing for as long as the original owner uses the purchased products. This warrantyis nontransferable and contains limitations (see below).

Warranty Exclusions

The following warranty exclusions apply to all Goods:

All Fellowes warranties apply only under typical office use which is defined as an eight (8) hour day, forty (40) hour week, and excludes excessive use.

Damages caused by improper treatment, accident, altercation,transport, misuse, normal wear and tear such as dents, nicks, scratches, fading, and fading of the Goods including exposure to unusual environmental conditions (extreme climates, acids, and moisture) are excluded. No express promise or guarantee is made to an exact color match to any customer-owned product in an existing installation.

Warranties are excluded for Goods purchased for personal, family, or household purposes and for Goods purchased from any source other than Fellowes, its Fellowes-Authorized dealers, or any other such entity that is specifically authorized by Fellowes to sell the Goods.

Fellowes warranties apply only to Goods installed or reconfigured by a Fellowes-authorized installer with an original product label attached to the Good. For Goods that are defective within the period stated above,

Fellowes will, at its sole option, repair or replace defective Goods free of charge when such Goods were used under typical office use conditions pursuant to Fellowes published instructions and applicable planning guide information.

All warranties, exclusions, and limitations are express and made a condition of the sale of Goods.

No person is authorized to assume any warranty stated herein for Fellowes, except as expressly set forth in writing by an authorized officer of Fellowes.

Any and all labor chargebacks must be pre-approved by Fellowes Customer Service Manager in writing. Fellowes will reimburse a Fellowes-Authorized dealer and service center with a credit against future orders.

No warranty period is stayed or prolonged by the performance of a service under the terms of the warranty.

This warranty supersedes all previously printed Fellowes warranties.
