" I needed a shredder for awhile but put off purchase because of the cost. I bought the cheapest one Walmart had, then read the instructions before I used it and promptly returned it--it just wasn't sturdy enough for my use. I bought the Fellowes shredder and began using it right away. I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't really loud, easily shredded 2-3 sheets at time, and my task was completed quickly. This is not made for major jobs, but perfect for home usage. "
