" Our previous Fellowes Shredder lasted for over 20 years. The new design is much more modern and it looks as nice as a shredder can look in my office. The quality far exceeds lower priced shedders and is well worth the pricetag. I hope to get another 20 years. We'll see. "

" Bought this shredder in Mid-April after trying and returning another brand and being totally disappointed with it. This shredder does as advertised, and I find it works well. My one criticism is that it is extremely difficult to empty a full bin into a trash bag. I recommend a simple improvement which should solve this problem. A grip or handle should be placed on the bottom of the bin near the front, so when it is inverted into a trash bag, there is something to hold onto. If the shredder had this one improvement, I would give it a 5. "

" Safety Interlock is cheaply made on Model 92Cs. You have to continually work on alignment to engage it - straight out of the box brand new. May return it if this becomes a routine issue. "
